Tony was driving with his right hand laying on the upper outside of his window when a car crashed into his. His car turned on its side and Tony's hand got caught in the process. Tony was lucky to walk out of the accident, but his right hand got damaged. Tony is a carpenter, and obviously needs his hand to work..

When I saw him the accident was about 8 months behind. His hand was not really sore, but he had lost flexibility. It prevented him from working properly and from playing guitar. He couldn't hold things normally. As we were looking for some way to measure potential progress, he said that when closing his hand as much as he could, he could still fit a pencil between his palm and his little finger, which was not right.

We used that for tapping statements such as:

Even though I can't close my hand properly...

Even though I can't hold things properly...

Even though I can fit this pencil through my closed fist and I shouldn't be able to...

Even though I can still fit this pencil through my closed fist ....

using positive statements as we were tapping along, such as...

... I forgive my hand for having lost its flexibility...

... I forgive the guy in the other car

... I release my anger towards the other guy.

... I choose to allow my finger to get straight.

We worked on it a couple of times. Each time he noticed progress, with a lot of unusual cracking happening in his fingers and definitely more strength and flexibility. The space for the pencil got much tighter!

One finger has healed in a twisted position and Tony choose to keep doing EFT on his own to keep improving as new aspects would come up in the future.

Even though Tony's story is not a "minute-wonder", isn't it a wonder that after 8 months, a broken finger might suddenly improve its flexibility at all in a matter of minutes?

Keep trying, you'll never know what you can get!
